This invitation suite, from our friend Shayne of Ink Papery, embodies a classic, timeless style. The design is partially inspired by the clean layout, generous spacing, and restrained typography of both our Alcott and Theon designs. The couple, Kara and Matthew, added lovely personal details to transform their wedding stationery suite into something truly memorable.
An intertwined monogram of the couple’s initials is the centerpiece of the suite. This opulent monogram is an endearing, individualized touch. Guests caught their first glimpse of the custom monogram on the save the date.
The layout of both the save the date and the invitation provides generous spacing, so each element of the design can stand out. These cards rely on proportion and balance to create a look that is sophisticated and elegant. The typography is simultaneously traditional and contemporary.

Meaningful artwork woven throughout the design, a custom ink color, and velvet accents make this letterpress wedding suite deeply personal and absolutely gorgeous. Lara and Farhad had a lot of ideas for their save the dates and invitations, which were loosely inspired by our Gwynn design. The couple worked with our dear friend Tacha of Paper Place to create their stunning wedding stationery.

A botanical illustration the bride’s mother created is an integral part of the entire suite. The artwork became part of a monogram that adorns the belly band. The same artwork, with the floral sprigs flipped to create a heart, appears on the details card and on the envelope liner for both the save the date and the invitation. Custom artwork always elevates a design, but featuring artwork created by a loved one is extremely special and adds a personal, heartfelt touch.

The save the date features letterpress printing on velvet. The ink is a custom, dark, muted green, creating a tonal look on our Bella asparagus velvet. The reverse side features a digitally printed photo of the couple on our smooth cotton stock. The invitation also features our smooth cotton paper on one side and asparagus velvet on the other. Although this time, the letterpress printing appears on the smooth cotton side. The velvet backing adds texture and maintains the luxurious aesthetic.
You can send us your custom artwork for your invitation design, or if you have an idea but need help with the illustration, we can help with that too. Work with one of our dealers to create your perfect letterpress wedding suite.
We always love seeing how couples customize our designs, and Olivia and Andrew took our breath away with their version of Sedna. They kept the contemporary layout, but featured a warm color palette and added impressionistic artwork to elevate the look. This couple worked with our dear friend Staci of Sincerely Staci to create their modern wedding invitations with a painterly belly band.

The typography is delicate, simple, and traditional, but right-justifying everything establishes a contemporary feel. Goldenrod letterpress ink is warm, inviting, and perfect for an autumn wedding.
The invitation is lovely on its own, but the belly band is truly superb. The painterly artwork features a vibrant mix of hues. It’s expressive and has a pastoral vibe. Flipping the orientation of the belly band, so it’s vertical, adheres to the contemporary aesthetic, and it nicely fits over the left side of the invite, so all of the text is still visible.
The accordion-fold details card is fun, charming, and informative. Each panel features a curated motif to coordinate with the corresponding activity. The folding design ensures plenty of space for the full itinerary, yet it easily fits inside the envelope. The first panel boasts artwork similar to the belly band, keeping everything cohesive.

Sara and Thomas knew they wanted a crest for their save-the-date. So they sent us their ideas, and our design team crafted a custom crest that they loved, and, to be honest, we love it too. There’s a lovely romance in the way the couple’s initials are intertwined. The shield border provides structure, which is offset by the artfully placed floral and foliage swags. This crest is refined and romantic, adding a beautiful personal touch to the design. The crest appears in various forms throughout the invitation suite, adding a sense of consistency to the overall design.
The invitation closely follows the save the date design. Both cards have a traditional layout, use the same fonts, and feature beveling and edge painting. The invitation features the monogram from the crest done in blind emboss, creating a raised area. The monogram is a subtle focal point, and the raised artwork creates an interesting dynamic with the letterpress text that is pressed into the 2-ply paper.
This couple presented us with an inventive idea for a custom pocketfold, and we made it happen. The gatefold-inspired design features an interior pocket on the back panel, so the auxiliary cards are stashed behind the invitation, ensuring the invitation is the first thing guests see when they open the custom pocketfold. The monogram also appears on the pocket, and the full crest is digitally printed on a tag that secures the pocketfold.
From a custom crest to a custom pocketfold, there is a lot to see in this save the date and invitation suite, and all of it is lovely. Would a crest be the perfect addition to your save the date or invitation? Do you like the idea of a pocketfold to neatly secure all the cards in the suite? Work with one of our dealers to create your dream wedding stationery!

The first thing guests notice when they open the envelope is the lovely folder. A charming line illustration of the venue, Deer Mountain Inn, appears on the front, foil-stamped in mink matte. Foil adds unexpected shimmer and an air of formality. One of our talented designers created the custom illustration for this couple’s invitation.
The venue illustration is surrounded by digitally printed floral motifs arranged into a pattern, creating the look of reaching vines. The folder’s velvet interior is decadent. The invitation is mounted on the right side of the folder, while a belly band on the left secures the events card.

Classic typography is elegant and lends the design a warm, personal feel. The use of a script font at the top and bottom creates symmetry. The unique serif font for the names is inviting and almost folksy while still keeping things formal. Our Franklin die-cut shape adds subtle sophistication.
The digitally printed scallop border of the events card introduces a touch of playful romance and contrast with the angular die-cut edges of the invitation. The belly band expertly weaves together various design elements, featuring floral motifs and a more intricate scalloped border. The overall aesthetic is refined yet inviting, formal yet folksy

Kelly and Cameron’s Mid-Century Modern wedding invitations are a vibe. Bold fonts and vibrant geometric patterns with a botanical influence establish the aesthetic and set the tone for the event. This invitation suite, inspired by our Midge design, does a fabulous job of feeling simultaneously vintage and current. The couple worked with our dear friends Allison and Sara of Salutations Home to create their retro botanical invitations.

The invitation blends nostalgic Mid-Century patterns with refined, contemporary typography to create a wedding invitation that feels effortlessly chic. The blind-embossed pattern on the invitation is a lovely detail that maintains the aesthetic and accentuates the soft texture of our 2-ply cotton paper. Blind emboss creates a raised design on the paper without ink, so you get subtle dimension without color. Letterpress printing, meanwhile, presses into the paper. The text is letterpress printed over the pattern in our vine ink, adding even more of a tactile element.
The back of the reply card features a fun geometric floral pattern in the same green hue. A more elaborate take on the floral pattern appears on the envelope liner. This version features varying shades of greens and pinks and evokes vintage tiles.

Silver shine foil stamping on our ultra black 2-ply stock creates a striking contrast. A custom monogram at the top is charming and personal. The mix of the elaborate script font with a stately sans serif font introduces an elegant hierarchy and balance.
The envelope liner is truly stunning, featuring an oversized white magnolia. This liner pattern is part of our vintage prints library. While the magnolia artwork is lovely as intended, the decision to enlarge the pattern and essentially zoom in on the bloom is bold and stately.
Unexpected die-cut shapes ensure the rehearsal dinner invitation and reply card stand out for all of the right reasons. The butterfly silhouette is whimsical and playful, yet retains a refined feel.

The invitation pairs crisp contemporary design with timeless details, creating a look that feels refined and fresh. Generous white space creates an uncluttered feel that allows every element to stand out and have its moment.
Blind embossing of the couple’s names adds texture and a tactile component without relying on color. This design choice creates an elegant yet understated focal point. Letterpress printing in black for the remaining text creates balance and adds an interesting contrast. All of the text is either raised above the surface of the paper without ink or pressed into the paper with black ink. The fonts are neat, clean, and perfectly maintain the design’s modern, minimalist sensibility.
The envelope liner adds a subtle touch of glamour. A digital flood of a vibrant green introduces the only color in the suite. A delicate floral pattern, foil-stamped in tawny shine, is bold. The shimmer of the foil highlights the fine lines of the pattern. The liner slightly detours from the overall minimalist vibe of the invitation, reply card, and reception card, but it works and adds an air of sophistication.

We had the absolute pleasure of working with our dear friend Janeil of Seventh and Anderson to help create Jalyn and John’s stunning wedding stationery. The entire suite feels timeless and colorful, blending classic typography with painterly florals, rich jewel tones, and lovely sculpted emboss details.
A traditional script font with thin, graceful flourishes paired with refined serif lettering sets a timeless tone for the invitation. Our amazon letterpress ink is bold yet maintains a formal sensibility. Our Bella smooth cotton 2-ply in white serves as the foundation for the invitation, providing a soft, satiny feel while holding a crisp letterpress impression. Delicate sculpted embossed floral motifs add depth and texture without overwhelming the design. Sculpted emboss is a technique that creates a raised impression and allows for different heights. In this instance, that means stunning detail, like the overlapping layers of petals and the veining of the foliage.
