Sweet, storybook-inspired artwork and a muted color palette give these adorable letterpress baby shower invitations an understated, yet cohesive look. We worked with our friends from Catherine Gretta Affairs of Distinction to create this lovely card for Kelley and Nic’s new arrival.

The front of the card is adorned with darling bear artwork, while a rabbit appears on both the registry and insert cards. The Serengeti Baby Bear motif and the Potter Rabbit motifs are found in the ‘Baby’ category of our motif selection. The delicate lines of the baby bear and bunny illustrations are minimal but expressive. They feel whimsical without being cartoonish. The use of espresso letterpress ink keeps the look warm and refined, giving it a classic, almost pen-and-ink storybook vibe.
The script font is light, airy, and softly curved, creating a look that is friendly yet elegant. The typography complements the illustrations instead of competing with them. The arched text adds a classic invitation touch that feels traditional and relaxed.
The bee artwork from the baby bear motif inspired the envelope liner pattern. White digital ink on our latte stock is subtle and supports the neutral color scheme.
These letterpress baby shower invitations are cozy and timeless. The design leans into a classic, nursery-inspired look while also introducing a modern feel. The inspiration behind this baby shower invitation is our Rosalie wedding design. While the baby shower invite has a lot of similarities to the inspiration design, swapping the colors and artwork made it perfect for a baby shower. Navy letterpress printing on our sky paper is perfect for a mom-to-be welcoming a baby boy. The whimsical die-cut shape is both fun and playful, and the printing along the edge emphasizes its unique shape.
This invitation features a custom converted envelope, meaning it was custom-made in our shop to coordinate with the card perfectly. The envelope features text-weight stock in sky and digital printing in navy, as well as powder blue, so the colors match the paper and ink of the card. The scallop edge of the flap mimics the die-cut edge of the card for a cohesive appearance. The inspiration design envelope liner was reimagined using our wide selection of motifs to create a pattern that fits the theme and design.

Jennifer and Michael worked with our Bella Figura NYC – Brooklyn store to create these vintage floral wedding invitations. Inspired by our Ninette design, they changed the florals to a purple color palette. They opted to keep the typography clean and in Gold Matte foil. A corresponding details card also used florals in a different way to change it up. Finally, the envelope liner used the same floral pattern from the invitation for overall cohesiveness.
We worked with Smitten Boutique to create these bronze baby shower invitations. They opted for our sweet and petite A6 size card for this design. A small dragonfly motif nodded to the vintage print envelope liner. The envelope itself in Old Rose complimented the colors found in the envelope liner. Caterpillars, as well as dragonflies alike, made up this vintage print that works harmoniously with the invitation design.
Our friends at D&E Invitations helped customize our Anakin design to create these blind embossed thank you cards for baby Jacob. Our light gray paper provided the perfect backdrop for the large-scale embossed name while baby Jacob’s adorable photo graced the envelope liner.
This simple and clean Finola customization was inspired by the very hot geometric trend happening in interior design. “After hours of what I would call a “geometric staring competition” I finally had a nice flow of clean geometric lines I was happy with, and then I just needed to pair with modern typography,” says designer Racheal Bumbolo. “I’m envisioning the most laid back, epic baby shower of the year (#nopressure)!”
To celebrate Anthi and her new baby, friends mailed these woodland baby shower invitations based on our Sherwood design. A neutral palette of hunter and fawn letterpress inks highlighted the sweet illustrations while a woodgrain envelope liner carried through the forest inspiration.
letterpress inks: hunter + fawn | paper: bella cotton white 1-ply + 2-ply | envelope: bella cotton white | liner: natural woodgrain pattern in fawn | customization #41856
Jamie’s friends worked with Uptowne Papers to customize these letterpress and foil baby shower invitations using our hand illustrated elephant motif and a palette of pink, gray and tawny foil. A striped liner was a playful addition that added another layer of sweetness.
Our Monument design is transformed into classic gold foil baby shower invitations by adding a bold border and foil stamped footprints from our motif library. The marble pattern adds a modern element to the envelope liner or back patterning.
