We can never get enough of timeless black letterpress wedding invitations of any kind. There’s something about that crisp, clean impression that never quite goes out of style. At first glance, the typography may look like hand calligraphy but guess again. Natura script covered the entire card to give the appearance of a traditionally styled invitation. The invitation edged in garden as well as the envelope liner gave the entire suite a pop of unexpected color. Our Holly paper from our new color paper line-up is the backdrop of the Delaney design. Usually, we see many golds as well as silver tones around this time of year. Delaney changes up the holiday norm with Copper Matte foil gleaming off the page. Additionally, we paired the design with a vintage print liner that mimics the organic botanical border. We can’t wait to see what whimsical Delaney customizations come through our shop this season!

We worked with Anna and Nathan to create their Charcoal and Bronze Shine save the dates for their wedding this past June. Inspired by our Rowan design, the front of the save the date remained clean in an all classic serif font. When guests flipped the save the date over, they’ll find a picture of the happy couple at the place they’ll say I do. They opted for a botanical print envelope liner to add a soft touch to the set as well as a pop of color. Finally, this sweet save the date couldn’t have come together without the help of our friends at Shindig Paperie!

Our friends at Lion in the Sun helped us to create these coastal letterpress wedding invitations for Kelli and Richard. Our Waterfront design reflected the aesthetic of their New Jersey venue perfectly. Deep Blue and Pool letterpress inks on the invitation set the cooler palette for the rest of the suite to follow. Additions of our Bella Light Gray on the envelopes as well as details card added a touch of softness to the suite as well. Finally, a vintage map envelope liner gave this set an extra touch of personalization.

The designer said, “A garden wedding with colorful floral arrangements are the perfect compliment to the watercolor details of this design. There is a large focus on grays, geometric shapes, and abstract imagery in modern design. While that all has its place, I don’t think a traditional watercolor will ever go out of style.”

For Olivia and Will, a grommeted save the date was their style of choice. This little booklet is a great choice for weddings that require a little more information right off the bat. Our designer Sierra Detrick took the hand-drawn wedding suite Mannon and reimagined it as a whimsical baby shower invitation. The soft color palette inspired by fall makes for a warm welcome for baby in otherwise chilly weather. Our Bella Light Gray paper kept everything subtle yet still sweet to celebrate the baby to come. A playful script font added a touch of fun to this autumn-inspired invitation.

We see programs come in all different shapes and sizes, but Elizabeth and Joshua’s take the cake as being the most unique. These classic programs with a modern twist featured their bridal party represented as Bitmojis! For those who don’t know, a Bitmoji is an avatar that mimics your look as a cartoon-like illustration. Whereas, the rest of the layout of the program featured traditional fonts to keep the overall look clean. Finally, we couldn’t have brought this vision to life without the help of Magnificent Milestones in Chicago! We guarantee these programs brought a smile to the face of all Elizabeth and Joshua’s guests.

We spotted Kelly and Drew’s classic monogrammed wedding invitations on Martha Stewart Weddings and we’re excited to share a peek into their day. The couple worked with our friend Heidi at Engraved Images who made their vision of a traditional yet personalized suite come to fruition. From the engagement ring to the envelope liner Kelly imagined and designer Chelsea Culmann brought to life – the couple effortlessly tied their families together in more ways than one. The envelope liner highlighted each state they have roots in, a symbol of the Pentagon where the couple first met, and a Celtic knot to feature their Irish backgrounds.
