Election Day is November 6, so you know what that means — it’s time for our annual Election Day Sale! Head to the polls on November 6 and take a photo of yourself voting (or afterwards, with your “I voted” sticker!). Include your photo as an attachment with your online invitation order, and we’ll give you an additional 25 free invitation sets when you order 75 or more. Or, if you plan to work with one of our dealers, provide your dealer with your photo when placing your order. Every vote makes a difference, so be sure to cast your ballot on November 6!
The fine print: A photo is required to take advantage of this offer. Photos may be shared with Bella Figura via email, Facebook, or Twitter. “Invitation sets” can include an invitation, reply card or reply postcard, reception card, and coordinating envelopes, or any combination of the above — sorry, no substitutions. Additional insert cards, such as direction cards or accommodation cards, do not qualify. Limit one promotion per order please. Orders must be placed no later than 6pm EST on Friday, November 30, 2012. Please let us know if you do not want your photograph to be shared online.
Our friends over at the Dandelion Patch – Vienna sent us this beautiful customization of our Rose (by Ellie Snow) letterpress wedding invitation. The fuchsia and papaya letterpress inks coupled with surf edge painting leave the recipient in awe! Another wonderful feature of this invitation is the Maura calligraphy (by Kelle Ann McCarter) used for the names and how the surf edge painting ink is incorporated into the envelope liner.

We’re loving this Under the Tree (by Maura Gaulthier) wedding invitation suite submitted by our friends at Catherine Gretta Affairs of Distinction in Bethlehem, Pennsylvania. The happy couple chose to personalize their invitation a bit, by choosing a text based monogram instead of the tree motif. The patterned envelope liner is scaled down just slightly – adding cool character to this earthy color palette.

We are so excited because today’s real wedding photos are absolutely stunning — Casco Bay in Maine provided a gorgeous backdrop as the location for these two to tie the knot. The couple chose our stylish Tara design by Ben Whitla in our champagne and downy inks for their letterpress invitations, and you will soon see why this was the perfect choice. We love seeing the real weddings of our customers, but it’s an extra-special treat when we get to see them in print! Martha Stewart Weddings magazine featured not one, but two real weddings of Bella Figura brides & grooms in their Fall 2012 issue. The first wedding featured our modern Pyramid design by Ellie Snow, while the second showcased our Garden Vine design by Erin Jang. Brides magazine featured Bella Figura in both their October and their November issues! In October, letterpress place cards featuring our Rosemary design were included as part of a Tuscan Garden inspiration palette. The November issue featured several Bella Figura designs — our Bejeweled design fit in perfectly with a “Roaring Twenties” inspiration page (which is overflowing with glamorous, Gatsby-esque touches) and three of our foil stamped invitations (Dada by Jamie Lea Bertsch; Glamorous Blooms and Fugue by Kamal) were included in an “All that Glitters” feature.

Here’s a really cool example of how you can add little touches to invites to make them totally your own. See those happy little birds? They’re not included on the original version of Beth Barr‘s Ornate Flourish invitation design, but this client wanted birds on their invite so we went ahead and added them. With all of our designs being totally customizable, it’s super easy to make additions like this – simply select a motif from our motif gallery.
